I called Trade Pro Electric to tell them our stove wasn’t working because something was wonky with our electrical system. They brought the level of concern and urgency that you’re looking for when a major appliance isn’t working. I felt listened to, cared for and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule within a day or so. When we discovered it was a very minor reset, they took some time to explain how this happens with old homes and they didn’t even charge us for the visit! I will definitely be calling them in the future. Kind, fast, and professional.
Trade Pro Electric was fantastic to work with! Aaron and Geoff replaced a residential electrical panel and installed the electrical for a new AC unit. Have used Trade pro on several projects fixing the mess the previous electricians did in the house. They are always very professional and go above and beyond what the other company ever dreamed of doing. They explain everything they will be doing. They are responsibly priced as well. Don’t use any other company call Trade Pro you won’t be disappointed. Will never use another electrical company.
My family worked with Trade Pro Electric during a custom new home construction project in Corvallis from 2022 to 2023. They were the most professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful team we worked with during the entire project. Plus they did amazing high quality work that was both timely and error free. While calling six other contractors, we were told that all of their electricians were booked for at least a month or more, but they would put us on “the list”. After 5 weeks of intermittent power, I called Trade Pro Electric and they sent an electrician in 4 days to evaluate our electrical problem. He found that our indoor panel was ancient with weak breakers in it. He replace it with a new panel and all power was restored for 2 days until the breaking in the meter pedestal failed. That same electrician came back to clean up that breaker and gave us power that has stayed on full time!
A new pedestal was ordered and will be installed soon. We cannot thank you enough for sending your electricians, between other jobs, to help these old folks be warm at this time when the days are shorter and the nights are colder.
I have used Trade Pro on several occasions for both big and small jobs. They are truly amazing. They are very skilled and professional. They do exactly as you request and do it well. They are also very reasonable in their prices. They often go above and beyond my expectations. I would never use anyone else at this point. If you are looking for an electrician Nick Ridders and his crew at Trade Pro won’t let you down. They are professional and highly competent yet very caring. They often have done little extra projects without even charging me. I can’t say enough about these guys.
